Taxes and fares
Citizens of the United States, Australia, Canada, Albania and Mexico to enter the country must pay in cash a "Tax Reciprocity", valid until the passport change. This tax applies to those countries that claim to the Chileans for the processing of the show.

Facilities
The Santiago International Airport "Com. Arturo Merino Benitez", and the following
airports: Arica (Chacalluta), Antofagasta (Cerro Moreno), Iquique
(Cavancha), Puerto Montt (Tepual), Punta Arenas (Pdte. Ibañez)
and Temuco (Manquehue) provide the following services: international
police, immigration, customs and other basic facilities such as
restaurants, bathrooms, gift shops, newspaper and magazine stands,
and waiting areas.

Shuttles
International and National airports provide shuttles which can
transfer you to hotels and other locations within the city. In
the Santiago International airport there are several private transportation
companies that offer this service. Information is available at
the information desk in the airport or you can check out our section

Customs
Foreign travelers must pass through customs inspection when entering
the country. If you are carrying only personal items you shouldn't
have any problems, as long as you do not possess:
- Fruits, seeds, vegetables or non-processed animal products.
- Firearms, ammunition or explosives.
- Illegal drugs.
