Chile Big North Map

Contains the XV, I and II political regions (Arica-Parinacota, Tarapacá and Antofagasta). This zone is mostly desert and highlands. The principal cities are Aric, Iquique and Antofagasta. In this zone is located San Pedro de Atacama, El Tatío Geyser, Chiquicamata Copper Mine, saltpetreses and archaeological remains of Andean Cultures.
