Excursions included Puerto ChacabucoIt is the main port in the region of Aysén. With active and thriving commercial activities, this is a transhipping terminal and port for large ships. The majority of the trips to San Rafael Lagoon sail from this port.  San Rafael LagoonSailing through Témpano River, you will arrive at this amazing lagoon originated in the Pacific Ocean. It stands out for its 45 km, 30.000 year old glacier, with blocks of ice breaking off and falling thunderously into the water. Mouuntains, forests, and a varied fauna complement the wonderful landscape of Laguna San Rafael National Park. You will approach the glacier in boats, if the weather conditions, itinerary, safety, and daylight permit so. You will stay for a while in Puerto Chacabuco and then set sails for Puerto Montt, where the services will end.
