Our “big boss†is a happy restless native of Santiago who enjoys diversity and knows how to make the best of life with his family, friends and of course travelling. His biggest passion is helping and advising travellers, encouraging them to visit new places. His first approach to GoChile was in 1996, he liked it so much that he decided to participate and invest on our website. As a tourism entrepreneur he has received many awards. His latest project is the TV show Mundo ad Portas, whose latest version was made in south-east Asia. As most of our team, he has been to so many places that we’d be ages naming them, but one of his favorites, because it’s part of his personal history, is Pucón on the shores of the Lake Villarica. |

Perfectionist and passionate, Alfonso has GoChile in his heart. After finishing school, he went hitchhiking through Europe; there he realized he wanted to work in tourism. He studied business engineering, but never imagined himself working in a bank, so he did an MBA in leisure management. In 2005 he joined our team, full of energy, and writing on the whiteboard with a literally unreadable handwriting. His favorite place in Chile is the region of Aysén, because of its amazing and varied natural scenery. In his free time he likes going out for dinner, being with his family and friends, and playing racquetball. |

Even though he was born in Santiago, Cristóbal spent most of his life in the countryside of the Maule and O’Higgins regions (no doubt why his favorite place in Chile is the Lake Vichuquén). Business engineer and MBA, he defines himself as “a dreamer who wants to enjoy life, make others’ lives easier and no to pass in vain†who arrived in GoChile in 2010 to send us mails with quotes of Seth Godin and making us read marketing books (among other more important but less funny things). He is one of the greatest travelers of our team and is always looking for new destinations, everything that’s not common is what interests him the most and what he recommends for tourists. In his free time he likes playing with his son, cooking and playing guitar. |

Catalina (Cata) always in a good mood and best disposition to help, is the easy going person of the team. She was born in Melipilla (Metropolitan region), but came to Santiago to study social communication and events production. In 2009 she arrived in GoChile and even though she never imagined herself working in tourism, the positive comments of her clients and the wonders of Chile she has discovered have made her very happy. Last year she did a post-graduate course in hotel management and tourism projects. Of all the places she has visited, the Carretera Austral and the Lake General Carrera are her favorites. In her free time she enjoys playing with her son León and swimming. “I love lakes!†she adds. |

Karina was born in São Paulo, Brasil, and arrived in Chile because of the love for a Chilean. Then she fell in love with our country, of course! And is in charge of transmitting our spirit to the Brazilian clients who visit our site. She graduated in Physical Education and post graduated in cooperative games, before GoChile she worked as a coordinator of incentive events and travels for companies. In her free time she spends time with her family and friends and practices sports. Her favorite destination in Chile is San Pedro de Atacama, however she recommends tourists to visit Santiago, because there are plenty of interesting things to do. |
