Booking with GoChile

Filling the form:

• In order to start the booking process, you must click the red Book Now button, on the top of the page. This will take you to the form where you must enter your information.
• You must complete the form, making sure to fill all the fields marked with *, because these are required by the operators in order to fulfill the reservation.
• After doing this click Send.
• Do not forget to include your e-mail, because this is our means of contacting you and processing your request. If your e-mail is incorrect we won’t be able to help you.  
• Your personal information is required only to confirm the requested services. We guarantee it will not be used for any other purpose.

Reservation Processing:

• When we receive your reservation form we will check the availability of the requested product with our suppliers.
• Then, we will contact you via e-mail in a 24 hour period to coordinate the service and the payment methods. 
• Our business schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Requests made outside this period will be processed the next available working day.

• GoChile operates with VeriSign security system. All the information sent through this system is encrypted and protected from third parties with the SSL system (Secure Sockets Layer).
• GoChile guarantees the confidentiality of your information. This information will never be sent to other companies or used for other purposes.

Credit Cards:

• Your credit card information is required to process and guarantee your reservation.
• Forms that do not include this information cannot be processed.
• These operations will be cancelled according to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
