Concepción, capital city of the region of BiobÃo, is the second largest city in the country. With an important population flow -due to Universidad de Concepción and other education centers-, bohemian traits, Mapuche culture, and one of the largest productive forces merge in Concepción, turning the city into an important economic and social center.
