Hotel y Cabañas Mar de Ensueño is a four star hotel located at the beginning of Avenue del Mar, just a short walk from the major tourist attractions: La Serena's Monumental Lighthouse; 20 minutes from the airport, and just 10 minutes from the city's downtown. It is also next to the two major commercial centres in the city.

The hotel also has cabins for 6 people, with two bedrooms, one with a matrimonial bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, a living room – dining room, and a bathroom. These has a fully furnished kitchen with a microwave oven, electric kettle, cable TV, telephone with DDI and DDN, wireless internet, music, safe, hairdryer, catalytic heating, patio, parking and cleaning services.
