The hotel has three types of room: suite, junior suite, and standard. Suite and junior suite have king-size beds while standard rooms have very comfortable twin-size beds. All rooms have flat screen TVs with numerous channels and other entertainment functions. All bathrooms have soft bathrobes, slippers, and luxurious amenities waiting for its guests.

Fees are per room per night and include breakfast, in U.S. dollars (US$).
Fees are expressed in American Dollars and apply to foreign tourists (properly documented with passport or equivalent). These fees consider a tax exemption of the Value Added Tax ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado" or IVA, in Chile). For residents of Chile, a 19% IVA must be added to the fees previously mentioned.
Fees may be subject to change without previous notification. These DO NOT apply to events, conferences and fairs.
Cancellation Policies:
The deadline for cancellation of individual reservations is: in high season (November 1 to March 31) is 7 days before the arrival of the passengers. In low season (April 1 through October 31) is 3 days before the arrival of the passengers. For No Shows, the hotel will charge the equivalent of one night with the 19% of IVA.
