A more family-oriented hotel, Puerta del Sol features 121 rooms with adjoining room options. You can choose rooms with terraces overlooking the ski slopes or others with magnificent mountain views. No matter what you pick, the view is unforgettable, and you'll enjoy the comfort of being only 50 mts. away from the tracks.

The hotel features two world-class restaurants: Le Montagnard, which specializes in Swiss food with all types of fondues, and La Trattoria, which specializes in Italian food.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice based on the rate levels determined by the ski center. These rate levels depend on demand.

 

• Rates are expressed in American Dollars and apply to foreign tourists (properly documented with passport or equivalent). These fees consider a tax exemption of the Value Added Tax ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado" or IVA, in Chile). For residents of Chile, a 19% IVA must be added to the fees previously mentioned.
• Fees may be subject to change without previous notification. These DO NOT apply to events, conferences and fairs.
• Please, read our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Hotel Cancellation Policies: if the reservation is cancelled 62 or more days before the programmed arrival date: a charge of 10% of the amount paid is retained. If the reservation is cancelled between 61 and 32 days in advance: 50% is retained. If the reservation is cancelled less than 31 days in advance: no refund.

The program includes

• Lodging at Puerta del Sol Hotel in room and night selected.
• Half board: breakfast in Mirador del Plomo Restaurant and dinner in any of the following restaurants: La Fourchette, Don Giovanni or Mirador del Plomo. Prior reservations are required for dinner. First night dinner in Mirador del Plomo.   
• Unlimited access to Valle Nevado ski lifts and tracks. Valid until the day of check out.
• Welcome cocktail. Every Saturday from 18:30 to 19:30 hrs.   
• "Aprés Ski" en Puerta del Sol Bar, from 17:00 to 18:00 hrs.
• Free access to the fitness center, sauna, and exercise room. Daily aerobics and stretching lessons on  fixed schedules.
• One body massage per person (basic treatment, 25 minutes) for reservations of 7 nights or more. Not transferable and personal, subject to availability. Only for guests ages 11 or more. Massages available from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. Make yout reservation before 10:00 am.   
• Outdoor heated pool, game room, pub, and planned activities.   
• Children's daycare (3 to 7 years old). From: 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (lunch not included).    
• Ski room.   
• Free Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas: Lobby, Puerta del Sol Bar and Mirador del Plomo restaurant.
• Free internet in the hotel lobby (cyber café), subject to computer availability.

Notes

• Children from 0 to 4 are exempt from charge if they share room with their parents.
• Check-in: 16:00 hrs. If the room (apartment) is available earlier you can check in before this time, if not, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go skiing until the room is provided at the official time.
• Check-out: 10:00 hrs. If guest checks out after 10:00 am, reception will charge a Late Check-out fee to the account (rack rate).
