Description

Recently remodelled, with ski-in and ski-out access, this is the most exclusive and personalized of our hotels. All rooms have WiFi to keep you connected to the world, and broad terraces that overlook the beauty of our slopes and the snowy Andes.

 

The hotel also has a french cuisine restaurant, La Fourchette, a nursery, a fitness center, and since 2010, an exclusive bar located right by the reception area.

Rooms
The hotel has 50 rooms, divided into suites and double rooms:

• Suite Rooms: have a surface of 42 square mts, plus balconies that overlook the ski runs and mountains. Suite rooms have a master bedroom with a double bed, living room, and 2 additional beds for adults or children (additional beds are portable cots or sofa beds).

• Double rooms: have a surface of 31 square mts, plus balconies that overlook the ski runs and mountains. Double rooms have one bedroom with two twin beds, plus one additional portable cot for an adult or child.

 

Right by the hotel is the bar lounge, where you will be able to enjoy a nice atmosphere after a long day of skiing.

Rates

Rates are per passenger and are expressed in US dollars

 

 

 

• Rates are expressed in American Dollars and apply to foreign tourists (properly documented with passport or equivalent). These fees consider a tax exemption of the Value Added Tax ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado" or IVA, in Chile). For residents of Chile, a 19% IVA must be added to the fees previously mentioned.
• Fees may be subject to change without previous notification. These DO NOT apply to events, conferences and fairs.
• Please, read our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Hotel Cancellation Policies: if the reservation is cancelled 62 or more days before the programmed arrival date: a charge of 10% of the amount paid is retained. If the reservation is cancelled between 61 and 32 days in advance: 50% is retained. If the reservation is cancelled less than 31 days in advance: no refund.

 

Services included

• Lodging at Valle Nevado Hotel in room and nights selected.
• Half board: breakfast in La Fourchette and dinner in any of the following restaurants: La Fourchette, Don Giovanni or Mirador del Plomo. Prior reservations are required for dinner. First night dinner in La Fourchette.   
• Unlimited access to ski lifts and tracks. Valid until the day of check out.
• Welcome cocktail. Every Saturday from 18:30 to 19:30 hrs.   
• Apres Ski.   
• Free access to the fitness center, sauna, and exercise room. Daily aerobics and stretching lessons on  fixed schedules.
• One body massage per person (basic treatment, 25 minutes) for reservations of 7 nights or more. Not transferable and personal, subject to availability. Only for guests ages 11 or more. Massages available from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. Make yout reservation before 10:00 am.   
• Outdoor heated pool, game room, pub, and planned activities.   
• Children's daycare (3 to 7 years old). From: 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (lunch not included).    
• Ski room.   
• Free Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas: Lobby, La Fourchette restaurant and Bar Lounge.
• Free internet in the hotel lobby (cyber café), subject to computer availability.

• Drinks, wines and liquors during dinner.   
• Ski and snowboard rental.   
• Skiing and snowboarding lessons.

• Children from 0 to 4 are exempt from charge if they share room with their parents.
• Check-in: 16:00 hrs. If the room (apartment) is available earlier you can check in before this time, if not, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go skiing until the room is provided at the official time.
• Check-out: 10:00 hrs. If guest checks out after 10:00 am, reception will charge a Late Check-out fee to the account (rack rate).
