It is located in the Lakes Region at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range. Inside the Puyehue National Park, a 107,000 hectare nature sanctuary of beautiful forests, rivers and lakes, was named a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

There are two restaurants a la carte: one Italian and the other French, room service, plus a buffet restaurant, a pool bar with snacks, a family bar lounge, a piano bar, TV lounge, three large heated swimming pools, a sauna, tenis, horse back rides, water sports on the lake, a kids club, games room, internet café, a hotel history museum and dozens of activities, such as wine tastings, concerts, excursions and a large variety of indoor and outdoor panoramas, cultural and sporting activities, regular transfers from the Osorno Airport; all included in the cost of the stay.

The renowned Hotsprings SPA offers more than 40 different treatments and packages for health and wellbeing. (Note: The SPA services are Not Included in the All Inclusive package).
Hotsprings, geothermal springs – springs of hot water coming from deep in the earth. There are hot springs because of the volcanic activity all along the Andes Mountain Range. The Puyehue Hotsprings have temperatures up to 77° celsius. From a well this water passes directly into the pools at the SPA.

Fees are expressed in American Dollars and apply to foreign tourists (properly documented with passport or equivalent). These fees consider a tax exemption of the Value Added Tax ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado" or IVA, in Chile). For residents of Chile, a 19% IVA must be added to the fees previously mentioned.
