Description

The San Martín Hotel was inaugurated in 1958, built in a short time as a landmark in the city of Viña del Mar.

Dedicated to recreative and business tourists alike, the San Martín Hotel has a well equipped Business Centre, Wi-Fi without cost in all its rooms and public areas – the fist in Chile to offer this service, five rooms for meetings, events and seminars, not to mention a vast experience in hospitality.
In 2004 it was completely remodelled to adequately comply with the demands of the 21st century and an increasingly international tourism sector. This remodelling project included a complete change in decoration and equipment, both in production areas and service, electrical system, water mains, flooring, roof, as well as changes in the hotel’s infrastructure.
The renowned good service at this hotel has been maintained throughout its 47 years of existence. Rooms and suites have been modernly furnished and equipped with individual Safes, Minibars, CATV, bathrooms with hairdryers, vanities, and amenities.

Entertainment

Our Bar and Restaurant are located in one of the most visited corners of Viña del Mar. The restaurant, with its ample windows facing the Acapulco Beach and the Ocean, is open year round and the Hotel's exceptional location give its customers an added plus at the New Year's: The magnificent fireworks which are part of the city's celebration.
The Restaurant also offers Tango nights on Thursdays and Dancing on Fridays and Saturdays at dinner time.
The Bar offers an intimate and elegant setting with live piano music mornings and evenings. Happy Hour runs from 19:00 to 21:00 hrs.

Rates

• Fees are per room per night and include breakfast, in U.S. dollars (US$).
• Fees are expressed in American Dollars and apply to foreign tourists (properly documented with passport or equivalent). These fees consider a tax exemption of the Value Added Tax ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado" or IVA, in Chile). For residents of Chile, a 19% IVA must be added to the fees previously mentioned.
