DESCRIPTION
One of New York Times's top destinations to visit in 2011, Santiago is an interesting mixture of economic progress and architectural heritage. A hill amidst the city and beautiful buildings like La Moneda Palace, the government offices, are part of the tour.

You will be picked up from your hotel between 8:30 and 9:15. The tour starts at 9:30, following this itinerary:
• San Cristóbal Hill • Main Square • Cathedral • La Moneda Government Offices • Old and New Santiago • Concha y Toro Square • Visit to a craft market. Toast with pisco sour and window shopping of lapislazuli jewelry, a stone that only exists in Chile and Afghanistan.
Once the excursion is over (3-4 hours) you will be taken back to your hotel.
