DESCRIPTION

A wonderful journey through the national parks in the Chilean Altiplano. You'll see 6000 mt. mountains and volcanoes, saltflats and lagoons with diverse Andean flora and fauna, with species like flamingoes and vicuñas.

Itinerary

Departure from your hotel at 08:00.

Day 1: tour through Volcán Isluga National Park.

Dinner and accommodation in Colchague border town.

Day 2: trip to Equelga thermal springs to a enjoy an invigorating hot bath.

Then, you'll head the Surire Salt Flat Natural Monument, where you will observe Andean species like flamingoes and vicunas.

Stop in Polloquere thermal springs. Lunch.

The trip continues passing by the town of Guallatire, where you can see an active volcano bearing the same name.

Afternoon arrival in Putre town. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 2: visit to Lauca National Park with its beautiful Chungara Lake, Cotaconi Lagoons, Parinacota town, Las Cuevas, Capaquilla Pukara and Lluta Valley.

Arrival in Arica at 16:00.
