Arrival at the Balmaceda Airport and transfer until Coyhaique, regional capital far from 55km by a pavement road. Accommodation in the hotel.

Breakfast, Departure from Coyhaique towards northeast until Puerto Aysén. The pavement road lasts for 65km, going through beautiful places and sinuous paths. We will go to the Luis Marchant watchtower, the Farellón bridge, the Fiancée’s and the Virgin’s veils waterfalls, following, for a huge part of the tour, the Simpson’s River.
Visit of the Puerto Aysén city, “Plaza de Armas” and the principal streets with a stop at the Craftsmen’s fair, situated near the Presidente Ibáñez suspension bridge. After crossing the bridge, we will go on towards Puerto Chacabuco, which is the principal port of the region, connecting it with the rest of the world. It is also there that there is the bigger salmon’s industry.
In the road to come back to Coyhaique, we will have a stop in the Simpson’s River National Reserve in order to visit the museum. Lunch in “Patagonia Green” in Puerto Aysén. Stop at the Fiancée and the Virgin’s veils waterfalls. Accommodation.

Breakfast. Pavement road for 100km. During the first 90km and until the road’s fork between Ibáñez’s river and the villa of the Castillo’s hill. In this road, you will have some time to take photos of the Chiguay Lake, la “Piedra Del Conde” and others. At the 83km, we will arrive at the “Paso Portezuelo”, high from 1.120 meters, surrounded by uncovered hills, rocky penitents which look like statues Few kilometers after, we arrive at the watchtower of the RĂo Ibáñez’s valley. The descent begins there by the road named “the devil’s ascent”. At the right side, the valley of the Castillo’s hill is ending, high from 2.675 meters,, surrounded by small snowy rocky peaks.
8km later, from the fork and situated in a rocky narrow gorge where the Villa of the Castillo’s hill is. Small Pause to take pictures. Then, we will go forward to visit old rock vestiges from the Tehuelches, hands prints in the rock with a view on the RĂo Ibáñez’s Valley. This let you imagine the life of the first’s Patagonia AysĂ©n’s inhabitants.
Return by the same road until the mentioned fork towards Ibáñez’s Port. In that place is situated the “La Casona de Mary Sandoval”, typical house of a village of the sector, which offers the commodities of a home, taking advantage of a Patagonia Aysén’s typical lunch.
