The vast and natural region of Aisén in the Chilean Northern Patagonia, is characterized extraordinary and wild geography that accentuates the contrast of its large plains with the imposing background landscape of the snow-capped peaks that stand above the emerald green of its many lakes and numerous rivers. This region not only reaches a new and diverse dimension with its lanscape, but the whole region along the coast is breath taking as well, broken up by numerous canals and fjords, stetching back to the glaciers that have stood there for thousands of years. It is a unique territory for its virgin beauty, yet wild, untamed side, which reflects the carácter and pioneering spirit of its inhabitants and colonizers, who fully identify with the concept of living in harmony and an equilibrium with the environment, respecting their specific nature as one of the “last boundaries on earth”.
