Pirimahuida Hotel is an excellent choice that Chillan Hot Springs offers, located in the Trancas district about 7 km (4 MI) from the Resort and surrounded by a spectacular landscape of waterfalls, snow capped mountains, and the Chillán volcano. It features transfer service to the Resort so guests can enjoy our hot springs facilities, SPA, and planned excursions. Each of the comfortable rooms comes with a TV and telephone.

Included Excursions

Termas de Chillan Ski Center
Situated 1,650 mts above sea level, with 28 runs, 35 km groomed and maintained and a skiable area of 10,000 hectares. With 9 lifts (on triple seat, three double seats and five surface) it has the longest run in South America, at 13kms. 30% of the area is for beginners, 40% for intermediate and 30% only for experts. There is a vertical drop of 1,100 mts and the first snow park of South America. It is also one of the centers which offers the most alternative activities, for example, Nordic skiing, randonee, heliski, snowmobiles and sledges. The thermal center has nine blue-water pools which are open all year round. With many beautiful natural attractions, summer here offers our visitors a recreational and relaxing retreat.

The Program Includes

• 07 nights stay at Hotel Pirimahuida.
• Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner)
• 07 lift tickets.
• Nursery school for kids 2 to 6 years old, on the Club House.
• Use of the thermal pool, on the Club House.
• 01 Entry released per stay at Casino Game house of Termas de Chillán.

Program does NOT include

• Insurances.
• Transfers.
• Any service that is NOT included in the Program.

Notes

• Request for other Ski Program.
• Policies exist regarding lack of snow and closing of special roads.
• Transfers outside regular hours will be charged.
• SNOW KINDERGARDEN: All the passengers, will have right to the use this service that is for children from 4 to 6 years, COMPLETELY FREE. An area will be enabled where the children will be able to play and learn to ski, (THIS ARE NOY SKI LESSONS). Functioning time is from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 hrs. It does not include ski equipment.
• Mini-Week: Programs 3 and 4 Nights, weekly fee applies (Published) divided by 7 and multiplied by 3 or 4 nights Mini-week. Includes Transfer regulate Chillan and / or Concepcion, does not include ski group lesson.
• Child Fare: child fare is charged from the second bed, with a minimum of 01 adult in the same room. A child is less than 12 years. Children under 04 years pay only food in extra bed in room shared with adults.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations has to be sent by fax or email. Once the reservation has been confirmed by Gotolatin, the following charges will apply for cancellations made by the passenger, according to the program departure date:

• 50 working days before the beginning of the Program
  Charge of the 10% of the total reservation per passenger (Adult or child)
  
  

• Between 50 and 30 working days before beginning of the Program:

Charge of the 50% of total program value per passenger



• Between 30 and 15 working days before the beginning of the Program:
  Charge of the 70% of the total reservation per passenger (Adult or child)
  
  

• Less than 15 days before beginning of the Program:
  No devolution applies.
  
  There are no refunds for portions of the Program not used, hotel accommodations, etc.
  We recommend considering Travel Insurance for any reason.
