The Bernal glacier is one of the attractions of Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, in the Magellan Patagonia.

The Bernal glacier is part of the Campos de Hielo Sur that are extensions of ice of more than 30 thousand years of antiquity. According to research, these landscapes were shaped by the glaciations that occurred thousands of years ago in the Patagonian zone.

For the tourists that come to visit it, they can witness their detachments that fall to the water like enormous blocks of ice.
