Montaña Corralco Mountain Center is located 50 kms. west of Temuco, on the southeast slope of Lonquimay Volcano, at an altitude of 1.400 mts. above sea level, and surrounded by an extraordinary araucaria forest. Since thea area is void of rocks and cracks, the quality of snow and tracks is excellent for practising the white sport.

Within Montaña of Corralco there is the Malalcahuelo National Reserve, one of the oldest and most beautiful protected areas in our country. Besides, it is also possible to visit Conguillío National Park, located on the slopes of Llaima Volcano, home to Malalcahuelo mountain village.

Due to its location and characteristics, the center not only receives tourists in winter, but in every season. Amongst the services it offers, you can find accommodation in Montaña de Corralco Lodge, cafeteria, nursery, and ski school.

The center operates every Saturday, Sunday, holidays throughout the season, and Fridays in September.
