Day 1: Arrival day

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up at Castro Airport to take you to Hotel Refugia.

Days2 through 3: Free day or excursion

We suggest taking this day to enjoy the Bosque Palqui trekking, a magical spot where native forests and local flora blend in harmony. Walk along vibrant trails and reconnect with nature in its purest form.

Or visit Weltún Village, a charming hamlet built through traditional mingas, where old Chilote houses keep the island’s traditions alive. Arrive by vehicle, e-bike, horseback, or kayak from Castro, while admiring unique landscapes filled with history.

Day 4: Departure day

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up at Hotel Refugia along with other passengers to take you to Castro Airport.

Notes

  • All excursions are shared services with other guests.
  • Excursions and activities must be coordinated directly at the hotel.
  • One adult pays the single rate. Two adults pay the double rate per person in a shared room.
  • Child (6–12 years) and youth (13–17 years) rates apply when sharing a room with an adult in a crib or extra bed. Children under 5 years old at the time of check-in stay free of charge.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations or modifications made between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% charge of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations or modifications made between 30 and 0 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.
  • Confirmation requires a 10% deposit of the total reservation; without this payment, the booking will be considered tentative. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the guest’s arrival; otherwise, incomplete reservations may be canceled.
  • To guarantee your booking, a 30% prepayment of the total value is required within 7 days of requesting the room.
