Then we go to Coipomo where there is an agroecological farm whose owners are concerned to recover the Chilean agricultural biodiversity. At noon we travel a few kilometers to reach the Dimter - Maldonado family camp, pioneers in the development of agrotourism in Chile, being the founders of the first Agroturismo Network in Chiloé. They will be waiting for us to prepare the "curanto al hoyo" lunch, which is a typical chilote dish, which requires the participation of all those present.
