Isla Negra: Almost on the shore of the sea, you will find the house of Pablo Neruda, where he was inspired and wrote his poetry. Today, you can visit on a tour from Santiago. The house shows impressive collections of glass bottles, seashells and items that the poet was gathering in his travels.
Valle del Elqui: On this route through the Elqui Valley, we will find the town of Montegrande, where the tomb of Gabriela Mistral, a Chilean poet who won the Nobel Prize for Literature. Even the tomb of the poet is located in the hills of Cartagena and is considered a Historical Monument since 1989 near the same house.
Valparaíso: La Sebastiana is the home of Pablo Neruda that was declared a Historical Monument in 2012. It is located on Cerro Florida, Valparaíso and is open to the public.
