Portillo is the oldest ski resort in South America, located in the province of Los Andes, in the region of Valparaiso (Chile). It is one of the main winter resorts of the country and within it have developed major international tournaments of snowboarding and skiing.

Located in Valparaíso Region, 164 km. away from Santiago and 2.860 mts. above mean sea level, Portillo Ski Resort is one of the oldest, most beautiful, and famous ski centers in our country. Amongst its highlights you can find a snow-making system, a lake called Laguna del Inca, and, of course, its ski runs, where many world records have been broken.
With "snow powder" in its 23 fields, there is much more to this center than just skiing: heliskiing and snowboarding are the perfect choice for those who are looking for some more adrenaline.
Portillo Ski Resort does not only offer magnificent runs and a beautiful environment in which to ski. Portillo Hotel has also made available a great variety of services to make your stay more relaxing and comfortable. These include a heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurants, nursery, transportation, entertainment room, courts, cinema, and a ski school, among others.
