We will meet at the Matetic Vineyard, in the Casablanca Valley, at 11:00 a.m. to start the excursion of your choice.

• Horseback riding: we will leave from "La Engorda" towards the vineyards and the viewpoint "Sauvignon Blanc", to have panoramic views of the Rosario Valley, with its elegant meadows with native trees, seasonal ores and curious animals that inhabit the area.
• Bike ride: you can choose between knowing the valley that borders the Estero El Rosario or pedaling in the middle of the vineyard, between the rows of Sauvignon Blanc.
• Trekking: we have three trails that vary in difficulty, all between one or two hours of walking, around the Matetic Vineyard. You can choose it once there.

After the excursion, around 12:30 hrs, we will have a wine tasting. The visit begins at the Winery, where you will be received by the expert guide, who will take you on a tour while teaching you about the vinification process and organic and biodynamic agriculture. Then they will have a tasting of 3 Premium wines, from the Corralillo line, in the underground tasting room or on the outdoor terrace with a view of the vineyards.

Finally you can enjoy a rich lunch Rosario menu  in the Equilibrio Restaurant of the vineyard.
