We invite you to live this unique experience of overland travel and you can either do it by yourself or with your family and friends, wandering in the most beautiful and unknown National Parks in Chile .
You don't need to be adventurous to get in touch the wilderness of these extreme areas, away from all traces of civilization, with landscapes of stunning beauty, endemic flora and fauna, populated only by native inhabitants of the place.

Day 1: Puerto Montt - Hornopirén
We will start our journey in the morning, from Puerto Montt to Hornopirén. The route runs along the Reloncavi up to Caleta la Arena, from where we will take a ferry to cross the estuary of Reloncaví to Caleta Puelche. We will address Contao, on the seaside, and dive in the southern jungle towards Hornopirén.
After a picnic en route, we will reach reach Hornopirén . You can visit the Baths of Llancahue.
Day 2: Hornopirén - Chaitén
After breakfast, we will take a ferry towards Caleta Gonzalo.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Pumalin Park, an ecological project of businessman Douglas Tompkins, dedicated to preserving large areas of wet and temperate forest, home of many endemic species, where there are several hiking trails.
We will also go to the facilities of Caleta Gonzalo, that has a cafe-restaurant, an information office park, an equipped camping and organic gardens.
On the way to visit the magnificent Chaiten Path of larches ,with trees over 3,000 years old, declared natural monuments.
Day 3: Chaitén - Futaleufú
This morning we will departure from Chaitén to the south by the Southern Road, passing through Puerto Cárdenas, a beautiful lakeside village on the Yelcho, that has glacial origins, with turquoise waters and surrounded by high hills.
Arriving at River Glacier to do the Glacier Trekking River Heritage Route, we will go through a 6 kms path by the rainforest, ending at Yelcho Glacier gazebo. We will continue heading south to reach Villa Santa Lucia from where we turn east to go to Futaleufu.
Arriving at our destination in the afternoon, we will have time to visit this beautiful border town.
Day 4: Futaleufú - Puyuhuapi
We will have breakfast and have time in the morning to venture into the Futaleufu River, recognized all around the worlds by kayaking and rafting specialists.
Later on, we will go back to the Southern Highway to pass through Villa Santa Lucia and continue along the Palena River between the southern forests to arrive at La Junta, a town settled in 1950 and located at the meeting of the Palena River and the river Rosselot.
Continuing south through a jungle mountain range, traveling the Saltos del Rodado, with whealthy cascades. We will arrive to the town of Puyuhuapi with wooden houses and beautiful gardens, legacy of German settlers.
Day 5: Puyuhuapi - Queulat National Park – Puerto Cisnes
This morning we can go Puyuhuapi, the waterfront along the canal and its famous handmade carpet factory. Later on, we will go along the Puyuhuapi canal to arrive at the camping area of Queulat National Park to do a trekking towards the hanging glacier.
After lunch,trek the River Waterfall and the Enchanted Forest trail, ending at Glacier Lagoon. We will continue our journey between rocky cliffs, along the Río Cisnes to reach the town of Puerto Cisnes.
Day 6: “La Trapananda”- Puerto Cisnes
After breakfast , we will cross by boat to "The Trapananda" where you can choose from a series of activities like sailing on the Swan River, trekking trails, fishing, among others. Enjoy a campfire with Patagonian barbecue in the company of settlers in the area.
In the evening we will return to Puerto Cisnes.
Day 7: Lago Torres – Coyhaique
On our last day, we will go south along the Carretera Austral, passing through Villa Mañihuales, founded by settlers in 1935, with axes and machetes through the thick forests of southern mañios.
This area is part of the Mañihuales National Reserve where afforestation studies are developed and it's a huemules protection area, which can be found in the upper parts of the reservation. Picnic Lunch.
We will continue along the Simpson River to reach the city of Coyhaique, capital of XI Region at sunset.
