The Chepu River is one of the largest and navigable in Chiloé, and in this experience you can visit it to see its beautiful sunken forests that have created wetlands, as well as the beautiful flora and fauna of Chiloe.

What you will visit:

We will leave from your hotel in Castro to take direction north by the Pan-American highway, until arriving at the crossing Chepu. There we will take the detour and we will go towards the coast by a great valley next to the river with great patches of dead trees that protrude from the water, until arriving at Puerto Anguay, where we will embark to travel upstream. In the route we will pass by the Great river and the lagoon and river Coluco.

After two hours we will conclude the navigation and we will have lunch in Agroturismo Senderos de Chepu (not included in the value of the program), then take the timber tree to enter the different trails of native forest that this undertaking has carried out in this place. At the end we will return to Castro.
