What you will visit:

We depart from your hotel in La Serena at approximately 8:00 am, heading to the flowering desert to witness one of the most incredible phenomena of the Atacama desert that is produced by the climate.
Between the months of August and October the flowering of a great diversity of flowers occurs and to be able to witness these landscapes, we take the route 5 north towards the commune of La Higuera, where we will be able to recognize the different species of flowers like the Añañucas, Sighs, Huillis, Azulillos, Malvillas, and with a little luck we could find Garra de León.
We’ll also be able to observe guanacos and foxes in the route, besides the towns of Los Choros, Carrizalillo and Chañaral de Aceituno.
13:00: Lunch at a local restaurant.
18:00: End of the tour and we head back at your hotel.
