Loberías del Sur is a hotel that offers an all-inclusive service in the middle of fjords and channels of the Austral Sur highway in Puerto Chacabuco.

The hotel is located in a privileged natural environment, where you can make different excursions, such as hiking, bird watching, hiking and much more. Loberías del Sur offers its passengers the possibility of sailing in Catamaranes del Sur, which is a specialized vessel in the San Rafael Lagoon. In addition, the hotel is located a few kilometers from Aikén del Sur Park, which is a nature reserve with lush vegetation with paths to cross it.

Loberías del Sur was built with native wood from the area with the aim of rescuing nature. It offers common areas with Wi-fi for rest, sauna, a gym and playing room for children.

Excursions

From the Loberías del Sur hotel you can make different excursions so you can get to know the Austral highway. From there, you can visit the Marble Chapels, visit the famous village of Caleta Tortel, which is characterized by its wooden footbridges, explore the Queulat National Park on the  Austral Norte highway and catamaran sailing through the San Rafael Lagoon, which is one of the the most requested products.

Recommendations

For excursions it is recommended to carry a backpack of 25 lts and several layers of clothing (Capilene, Fleeze, Polar), convertible pants, windbreaker. Wear a wool hat if winter, gloves, sunglasses and outdoor shoes.
