The town of La Tirana, is located about 20 kilometers from Pica in the middle of the Pampa del Tamarugal, it is transformed between July 15 and 16 in an anthill of people. The "Chinese dances" arrive in trucks, buses, trucks, cars and some on foot, because they want to pay charges

What you will visit:

We will depart from the hotel at 3:00 p.m. for direct transfer to the Town and Sanctuary of La Tirana. Tour of the town to observe hundreds of brotherhoods dancing in honor of the Virgen del Carmen de La Tirana.

At 8:30 p.m., we will gather to enjoy a hot snack (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches, typical sweets), and subsequently, we will wait for the vigil of July 15th at midnight, where there will be fireworks, firecrackers, bonfires, and flares blended with the music of hundreds of bands, the sound of rattles, the devils, the Sioux Indians, the gypsies, the Chinese, the zambos, among others around the Main Square for the Procession of the Virgin. Return to Iquique at approximately 3:00 a.m.
