During the early morning, we will pick you up at your hotel and take the road to the pre-cordillera of the Arica and Parinacota Region. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to visit the Camiña gorge, where the Chillaiza petroglyphs and pictographs are located. These ancient carvings were associated with the Inca trade routes that connected the coast with the valley and the Altiplano.
After a few hours, we will reach the town of Camiña to have breakfast. Then, we will continue our journey to the Altiplano, observing a vast diversity of wildlife along the way. Finally, we will arrive at Laguna Roja (3,700 meters above sea level), where we will enjoy a delicious picnic and have free time to walk around the area. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to visit other lagoons with green and yellow colors, surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains in the distance.
