Departure at 07:00 am, to visit the Atacama Giant (1,266 m.s.). The largest Geoglyph in the world in human figure and God Wiracocha for the Inca and Aymara Culture. Breakfast Picnic type with typical products of the Region. Crossing the Valley of Aroma of highland fauna and the Valley of Mars with its incredible geological formations, to connect with Cariquima passing through the first fields of Quinoa, in the foothills of Cerro Huanapa, of ancestral histories. Arrival to the town of Cariquima, to visit its Church of the XVII Century, declared a National Monument in 2006. Visit to the Center of women artisans and the Fields of Cultures of Quinoa, with an exhibition of the autochthonous guide on its production. Lunch in typical restaurant and in the afternoon, visit the town of Huaytane located 6 Kms from the border with Bolivia. The roofs of houses with solar panels stand out. Each family has Quinoa plantation sectors, onions, tomatoes and Swiss chard. We continue to the south, towards the Laguna de Villablanca, a spectacular landscape of birds such as flamingos, guallatas and taguas. Finally, visit the Cardon Cátus Forest or Panavinto Giant Cacti. They reach 7 meters high and more than 600 years old. They produce a red fruit with which they make soft drinks and also use it as a vegetable dye for their Lanas handicrafts. We will also visit the Salar de Coipasa sector of Chile, whose western margin meets Chile and the bulk of the Salar is in the Bolivian area. Return to the village of Cariquima to have a typical dinner, where Quinoa is always present, either in soups, bread flour or in a typical dish with llama or alpaca meat, in various preparations. Direct return to Iquique.
