Hotel Las Torres

Las Torres Hotel is located within the Torres del Paine National Park, amid lakes, mountains and incredible landscapes of Chilean Patagonia.

The hotel was built on an old stay in Patagonia, called Cerro Paine, which housed hundreds of cattle in its more than 4 thousand hectares. But in the '90s, tourists from all over the world began to arrive to see the wonders of the southernmost part of the continent. It was then when its owners were interested in opening rooms and a restaurant to welcome foreigners and show them the customs and traditions of the Patagonian countryside.

For each reservation made at Hotel Las Torres, a percentage goes to support the Environmental Association (AMA) Torres del Paine in 2004. Its role is to teach and educate the community on different topics related to the environment and the care of nature, implementation of renewable energy, recycling, recovery of trails and activities to ensure that tourism does not have a negative impact on nature.

Recommendations

For the excursions, it is recommended to bring a 25L backpack, sunglasses with UV protection, trekking pants with zippers to convert into shorts, fleece sweater, trekking shoes, waterproof jacket, base layer, gloves, and sunscreen. In Patagonia, there is a lot of wind, especially in summer.
