Patagonia Camp is the first luxury camp that was made in Latin America. It is located on the shores of Lake Toro, in Torres del Paine National Park, amid millenary forests, lakes, rivers and mountains. The hotel offers all the comforts so you can enjoy a trip to the southernmost part of the continent.

Patagonia Camp has a different concept to the rest of the hotels, since it was thought carefully so that tourists feel in touch with nature. Its infrastructure was designed with noble materials from the area and local products to maintain the essence of Patagonia.

The yurts that are the rooms, are separated one from the other in the middle of the landscape. All have a private bathroom, terrace and a spectacular view of Lake Toro and the Paine massif.

Sustainability

This project was created with the idea of offering a service 100% friendly to the environment with a minimum of possible impact. Its architecture contemplated a harmonious design with nature on wooden piles and insulating platforms. Two treatment plants were also installed to release the water and reuse it.

Gastronomy

Patagonia Camp has a restaurant that is characterized by using local products and typical dishes of Patagonia so that tourists know the true traditions of the southernmost area of Chile. It also has a barbecue where they are roasted outdoors, and a lounge bar with the best drinks in the area.

Excursions

Patagonia Camp offers different excursions to know the most emblematic points of the Torres del Paine National Park such as the Torres Base, Lake Gray, Cuernos Viewpoint and Salto del Toro hiking. Other activities are also offered, such as Hiking to the French Valley, horseback riding on Lake Porteño, fishing, navigation to get to know the Gray glacier and its huge ice floes.

Recommendations

For excursions it is recommended to carry a backpack of 25 lts and several layers of clothing (Capilene, Fleeze, Polar), convertible pants, windbreaker. In Patagonia there is a lot of wind especially in summer. Wear a wool hat, gloves, sunglasses and outdoor shoes.
