What you will visit:
1Jeinimeni National Reserve
2Carretera Austral Sur
9:00 am: We will meet in the hotel in Chile Chico to begin our tour to the Jeinimeni National Reserve.
The road borders the Jeinimeni River, which marks the boundary between Chile and Argentina until reaching the entrance of the reserve that marks the starting point of our excursion. From there, we initiate a hiking towards the nailed stone, located in the Lunar Valley. This sector is characterized by impressive rock formations, with pointed ridges produced by the wind that has eroded the mountain.
We also visit the Cueva de Las Manos, which is a sector where you will find rock art of the Tehuelches or Patagonians that lived in the pampas of Patagonia.
