Trekking in Alerce Andino National Park Full day

9:00 AM: Departure from the Hotel.

9:10 AM: We will head towards Puerto Montt, where we will take Route 7 that will lead us to the Lenca area. From there, we will take an interior road for 7 km to reach the entrance of the Park.

11:00 AM: Arrival at the Park, and after paying the entrance fee (not included), we will start our hike along the Salto Rio Chaicas Trail. The trail will be accompanied by the sound of its crystalline waters and the sight of nature's various shades of green, leaving photography enthusiasts amazed as we progress.

We will also have the opportunity to see different types of birds such as the Chucao, Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, among others. We will reach a staircase that takes us to the Rio Chaicas Waterfalls, a beautiful cascade where we will see pure and transparent water dancing among the rocks. We will have time to rest while admiring this spectacle of nature. About 100 meters further up, we will climb the last section that takes us to the mythical Alerce Milenario (Millenary Larch), where our gaze slowly rises to the sky to see its canopy touching the rays of the sun. After this, we will return along the same trail towards the park ranger station and back to the Hotel.

5:00 PM: Arrival at the Hotel.
