In this travel package you will learn about the best of the chilean Patagonia in a perfect plan for 5 days. We will visit Torres del Paine National Park and its main attractions. In adittion we will sail along Serrano and Balmaceda glaciers, that are part of the southern ice fields.

Day 1: Arrival Punta Arenas Airport

Arrival to the city of Punta Arenas. We will be waiting for you and we will take you directly to the bus station in the direction of Puerto Natales.

Day 2: Torres del Paine National Park - Pehoé Lake - Grey Glacier

Come and visit the Torres del Paine National Park that was declared Biosphere Reserve and is considered one of the most attractive park in South America. It is characterized by its nature and by the famous Cuernos del Paine.

Departure from your hotel at 7:00 am approximately with destination to Torres del Paine National Park. Our first destination is the Milodon cave where in 1895 were found remains of prehistoric animals. Here is the history of the first animals and humans who came to this place.

Then we will go to Cerro Castillo to make a little break where you can enjoy the services of snack, cafes and souvenir shops. We will continue our journey to the Torres del Paine National Park, where the first natural scenes that we will appreciate are Sarmiento Lake viewpoint, the Torres del Paine, Cuernos del Paine and the hill Almirante Nieto.Theanimals that you can see are the guanaco, Rhea and condor.

Inside of the Park you will see the Pehoé and Nordenskjöld lake, waterfalls and mountains covered of ice. Then you have to walk 15 minutes to see the jump large, that is an impressive flow of water that falls through a waterfall of 10 meters from Nordenskold to Pehoe lake.

Then we can eat our snack. Later we will walk on the banks of the Grey lake, where it is possible to see the icebergs and the famous Grey glacier. Depending on tourists, return can be made along the same path, or by the new road and drop them off at your accommodation.

Day 3: Serrano glacier and Balmaceda glacier

If you want to see the glaciers of Chilean Patagonia, come to O'Higgins National Park and visit the Balmaceda glacier and Serrano glacier in an entertaining navigation through the Patagonian fords.

Departure from your hotel at approximately 06:30 am we will go to the pier of Puerto Natales. On the way it is possible to see the buildings belonging to the Bories refrigerator, which was one of the largest meat processing industries in Patagonia. Also you can see colonies of Imperial Cormorants, a small colony of sea lions and a variety of Coigues, Canelos, Lengas, Ñire, Chilco and El Calafate among others.

The Balmaceda glacier can be seen from the ship, however, to visit the Serrano glacier is necessary to make a 20 minute walk along a path that borders a small lake originated by the melting of the glacier.

Day 4: Punta Arenas - Isla Magdalena

Magdalena Island is home to one of the largest colonies of Magellanic penguins in Chile. We invite you to sail among thousands of these birds that are typical of the southern tip of Chile.

We will leave from your hotel in Punta Arenas at the agreed time.

The tour begins in the waters of the mythical Strait of Magellan for approximately 2 hours. Once on the island, we can make a walk among hundreds of penguins that will come our way. The length of staying on the island is approximately one hour.

Once finished the tour we will return to Punta Arenas.

We offer you a full city tour in Punta Arenas, one of the most important cities in Chilean Patagonia.

We leave from your hotel at approximately 10:00 am, our first stop will be in Cerro de la Cruz, where you can see a panoramic view of Punta Arenas with its colorful roofs, the Strait of Magellan and at the bottom of the landscape, Tierra del Fuego island. In this stop our local guide will give you all the information about the city.

The route continues through the streets of the city until arriving at the Plaza de Armas, place that is surrounded by colonial buildings. In addition there is the monument to Hernando de Magallanes and you can buy local handicrafts. We will visit the Nao Victoria Museum, replica of the boat occupied by the Portuguese navigator Hernando de Magallanes.

Finally we are going to the northern sector of the city where there are a lot of monuments, such as the Monument to the Ovejero, Croata Square, Antoine de Saint Exupery Square and different neighborhoods of Punta Arenas.
